Fees for software, web design, hosting, domains, SSL, backups, and digital services are final after invoice confirmation; no refunds once provisioning begins.

Hosting and domain renewals are non-refundable after provisioning.

Scope changes are billed separately in writing.

Documented billing errors may be corrected within 5 business days only.

Disputes: Courts and enforcement authorities of Tbilisi, Georgia have exclusive jurisdiction.
