Software Services Agreement

This agreement governs software packages, custom development, and license delivery between Best Soft Company (Tbilisi, Georgia) and the customer.

Delivery is digital; source, installers, or access credentials are shared after payment confirmation.

The customer must provide the correct licensed domain. The company is not liable for issues caused by incorrect domain data.

Fees for software, web design, hosting, domains, SSL, backups, and digital services are final after invoice confirmation; no refunds once provisioning begins.

Warranty is limited to the written technical scope; third-party plugins and customer-side modifications are excluded.

Disputes: Courts and enforcement authorities of Tbilisi, Georgia have exclusive jurisdiction.
