Server, hosting, domain registration, and DNS services are provided by Best Soft Company (Tbilisi, Georgia).

Service term starts per selected package; suspension may apply after expiry without renewal.

Customer must comply with content, copyright, and anti-spam rules.

Fees for software, web design, hosting, domains, SSL, backups, and digital services are final after invoice confirmation; no refunds once provisioning begins.

Disputes: Courts and enforcement authorities of Tbilisi, Georgia have exclusive jurisdiction.
